i have a weird problem with character trading. usually i just use whatever i make or stuff i custom buy. however, a few weeks ago i experienced disconnect from like all my characters and i sold them all and now my toyhou.se is empty. usually id just make myself a new character but im in such a huge design rut that i dont even think thats possible

fast forward like two weeks and i offer on this character. im not even sure if i want it or if i just like the designer, but regardless i do it. i do have a problem with offering art because its either too much or too little. this time it was too much i think

i offered (keep in mind this is one of those tiny chibi designs that dont have any extra art) two animated scenes. the worst part is that the person accepted, and gave me the most annoying shit to draw. sure, all their characters are cool, but they hide all their references, dont have any images in the gallery on public. and im likehg??? how the fuck am i supposed to draw this? obviously im not gonna ask them to unhide the ref because that would be useless now, but it was extremely fucking just like. angering. plus i have to do these both in like two weeks when i havent drawn in like a month and everything is going to shit

the dimensions are wrong and the colors seem off and im not really good at backgrounds like at all so it seems like its just falling apart right before my eyes.

i hate drawing so much especially when its for other people. this person especially is really popular and if i play my cards right when they upload the pictures ill get like a boost in subs because they have the most meatriding audience ever (i cant blame them their shit slaps but)

idk its a bit stressful. i just wish i could enjoy every time i draw instead of just some times.

i do have a two week deadline and the drawings take max 4-5 hours but my computer is already laggy enough as is so i just dont want to do it. im just bitching about this atp LOL

heres the wip. its only partially animated because im still reallly bad at it but it basically

• speech bubble closes and opens like a pop up

its kinda lame when you look at it but ill live i suppose
